Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PrayerMap (the "Service") operated by PrayerMap ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PrayerMap is a personal prayer-management application that helps you organize, schedule, and track prayer subjects and prayer details. The Service may be offered through a shared platform or a privately hosted tenant environment.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Upload or store content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all prayer subjects, notes, and other content you enter into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or service marks.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrayerMap operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
